Our little piece of the Gulf coast!
Made it here to the Red Coconut RV Park late Saturday of the holiday Easter weekend. Atlanta traffic Friday afternoon was horrific and Estero Blvd. here in Fort Myers has been crazy busy since we arrived Saturday. But do we care? NO WAY!! We are 3 rows in on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico and the weather has been awesome!
Oh to make it to "first row"! Maybe next year!
We have had lots of fun playing on the beach over the past few days. The powder white sand makes for perfect sandcastle building which Anna has enjoyed thoroughly!
Today we took the beach trolley down to "Times Square" to do some shopping and exploring. After "brunch" at the Plaka...Zak devoured a full order of steak and eggs....we shopped the various beach shops and picked up some treasures.
